At ZentryChat, we want you to be completely satisfied with our AI customer service platform. Because we provide a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, we encourage all users to fully test the service before committing to a paid plan.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with ZentryChat for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • This guarantee applies only to the first purchase of a subscription.

  • Renewal payments are not eligible for the 30-day guarantee.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support at [Your Email].

  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remaining time in a billing period after the 30-day guarantee period has passed.

3. Refund Process
