At ZentryChat, we want you to be completely satisfied with our AI customer service platform. Because we provide a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, we encourage all users to fully test the service before committing to a paid plan.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with ZentryChat for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, you are entitled to a full refund.
This guarantee applies only to the first purchase of a subscription.
Renewal payments are not eligible for the 30-day guarantee.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support at [Your Email].
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remaining time in a billing period after the 30-day guarantee period has passed.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund under our 30-day guarantee, please contact us at [Your Email] with your account details and the reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed via our payment processor, Paddle, back to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in cases where:
A user has violated our Terms of Service.
The account has been flagged for fraudulent activity.
The user has exceeded the “Fair Use” limits of the AI conversations during the refund period.
