We understand that privacy online is important to users of our Site, especially when conducting business. This statement governs our privacy policies with respect to those users of the Site (”Visitors”) who visit without transacting business and Visitors who register to transact business on the Site and make use of the various services offered by ZentryChat (collectively, ”Services”) (”Authorized Customers”).

”Personally Identifiable Information” refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, email address, and financial profiles. Personally Identifiable Information does not include information that is collected anonymously (without identification of the individual user) or demographic information not connected to an identified individual.
2. What Information is Collected?
We collect basic user profile information from all of our Visitors. From our Authorized Customers, we collect:
Names, addresses, and email addresses.
The nature and size of the business.
Website data or documents provided by the customer to train their specific AI chatbot.
3. Third-Party Collection (Payment Processing)
Our payment processing is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. In addition to our direct collection of information, Paddle may collect financial information (such as credit card details or billing addresses) to process your subscription and handle global tax compliance. We do not store or see your full credit card details. Use of your data by Paddle is governed by Paddle’s Privacy Policy.
4. How the Site uses Personally Identifiable Information
We use Personally Identifiable Information to:
Customize the Site and make appropriate service offerings.
Fulfill subscription and support requests.
Email Authorized Customers about service updates, technical notices, or information related to the subject matter of the Site.

We use Cookies to obtain information about the preferences of our Visitors and the services they select. We also use Cookies for security purposes to protect our Authorized Customers (for example, automatic log-off after a period of inactivity). We also use login information, including IP addresses and browser types, to analyze trends and administer the Site.
8. Disclosure for Legal Compliance
We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information in order to comply with a court order or subpoena or a request from a law enforcement agency to release information. We will also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our Visitors and Authorized Customers.
9. Correcting Inaccuracies or Deleting Data
Authorized Customers may contact us to update their information or request the deletion/deactivation of their Personally Identifiable Information from our database by emailing support@zentrychat.com. Please note that due to backups, it may be impossible to delete a record without retaining some residual information.
10. Privacy Policy Changes
We will let our Visitors and Authorized Customers know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site.
